Even if the reservation has been made, you can cancel the reservation at any time by paying the cancellation fee described below.
Please rest assured even in case of sudden flight cancellation.
In order to ensure that you can make a reservation with confidence, we do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations that the guest is not responsible for.

- Changes in destination, location and time are subject to cancellation fees.
- Our drivers are always checking flight information and waiting for your arrival time.
- There are some customers who take time for immigration, customs, and baggage check, so we will be waiting for you up to 2 hours after your flight arrives. Please note that if the guest does not come after 2 hours, it will be regarded as [Cancellation without Contact] above and a cancellation fee will be charged.
